Weight Challenges are rarely about the food…
But many people have a love/hate relationship with food. They believe that their food choices have gotten them overweight. They ate the wrong thing, or ate too much. But what I’ve found is that this is only a small part of the picture.
People don’t typically over-eat because it’s painful. And if you eat any food in moderation, it isn’t going to be responsible for getting you overweight.
So what created your weight challenge? That actually is the most important question. Because if you don’t know what got you into your weight challenge, it’s going to be really hard to stop or change the pattern that you’re in!
Furthermore, if you are unhappy with the way your body looks and feel like you are obsessed with dieting, and your negative body image, you are sabotaging your efforts to lose weight.
